Stroke imagining is difficult and even in the best of hands it can be imperfect. The promise of AI augmented image interpretation is alluring and in place in many advanced systems in the nation already. What is coming next in AI, including automated detection algorithms for ICH, AIS and SAH has the potential to disrupt our current workflow.
